1. Controller

2. Providing the website

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Workers with Static Assets, and the contact form is processed by a Cloudflare Worker. Technical connection data may be processed to deliver and protect the website, including IP address, time, requested content and browser or connection details. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in providing a secure, working website. Cloudflare, Inc. is the service provider; data may be transferred outside the EEA depending on the technical processing. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

3. Contact form and email

When you contact us, we process your name, organisation, business email, optionally phone number, organisation type, inquiry category, topic and message to handle your request. The Cloudflare Worker checks the input. We use Brevo’s transactional email service to send your inquiry to our designated inbox and an automatic acknowledgement to your email address. Brevo processes the recipient and sender details and the respective email content needed for delivery. The acknowledgement does not include a copy of your message. See Brevo’s privacy policy. This site does not maintain a separate contact database, and the form handler does not subscribe you to a newsletter. For contractual inquiries the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other professional inquiries it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Messages are retained as necessary for handling, follow-up and applicable retention duties. The checkbox confirms that you have read this notice; it is not marketing consent.

Do not transmit classified or confidential operational information through the public form or ordinary email. We can agree on another communication channel where appropriate.

4. Abuse prevention

Once enabled, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. The browser loads a Cloudflare script and challenge; technical device or connection data and a token may be sent to Cloudflare. The server verifies the token. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for protecting the form against misuse. Technically necessary cookies may be used depending on the security configuration.

5. Other services

No analytics or marketing service and no external web fonts are currently included. Manufacturer websites are opened only if you click their links. The final privacy notice should be checked against the actual hosting configuration before publication.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability as applicable and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@evoscion.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
